Translation
As with interpreters, we utilize translators who have the
linguistic abilities, skills and expertise to provide you with a
translated document that only you will know was translated. We
provide the following:
- Informal Translations: These are documents
(i.e., e-mail, letters, etc.) that can usually be translated in a
shorter period of time and at a lower cost.
- Formal Translations: These are documents
(i.e., periodicals, newsletters, memos, proposals, non-technical
documents, Web sites, etc.) that require a translator who is
experienced in producing a document with correct spelling,
punctuation, and sentence structure. A second translator will
proof these documents.
- Contextually Sensitive Translations: These are
documents (i.e., contracts, agreements, legal papers, brochures,
manuals, technical forms, etc.) that require translation by someone
with specific education, training, and/or experience in the
business, industry, and/or field represented by the document being
translated (e.g., law, medicine, social services, etc.) A
second translator will proof these documents to ensure a completely
flawless translation.
